WG Live Chat


While we started off our Live Chat Service partnering with several 3rd party Live Chat Software vendors, we soon realized the value of an in-house, tailor-made-from-the-ground-up system. The 3rd party Live Chat technology was often restrictive, buggy and it kept us from delivering to our fullest. With mounting problems such as compatibility issues and server overload, we went into development ourselves and completed the WG Live Chat Software® solution by 2007.

WG Live Chat Software® was a significant milestone for LiveAdmins JLT as our service capacity increased tenfold. With a fully customizable solution, our clients were more than happy to make the switch and they soon noticed the difference in quality of service as LiveAdmins went on to capture new markets worldwide. While initially our plan was just to build and improve our own Live Chat Service, our developers had moved to develop a full suite featuring thousands a host of new features along with an integrated CRM and an enterprise- level resource management tool. By 2010, WG Live Chat Software® was a fully featured product of LiveAdmins.


Customizable Design

Designed according to the client’s need, the WG Live Chat Software® can be themed according to your corporate colors, website theme and/or custom-built designs.

Multilingual Support

The WG Live Chat Software® is built using Unicode, allowing it to handle any language and/or script. Visitors can select their preferred language through an option made available on the chat window applet.

Intelligent Data Capture

Cookies enabled visitor tracking allows you to locate visitors, find their browser and operating system information while giving you access to previous chats and visit logs.


Developed using the .NET framework and Java Script, the software resides on the client’s website, loading immediately without any annoyances of applets or external server connections.

Automatic Routing Control

Our intelligent Automatic Routing System (ARS) allows users comprehensive control over chat traffic; the system can route visitors to select operators based on rating, language, availability, etc.

Resource Management

The WG Live Chat Software® provides real-time statistics on tasks and resources – e.g. how many resources are online, how many are servicing clients, which sites require servicing, etc.

Quality Assurance & Control

Quality Assurance agents and supervisors can monitor multiple chats and intervene without the visitor knowing. Users requiring structured data and performance-based reports can also utilize the Client Dashboard to measure the operator’s average response time, the average length of chat per website, visitor-to-chat ratio per website, etc.
